| 1995 | STC negotiated its first million-dollar contract with Sara Lee |
| 1996 | STC was hired as Gateway Country’s first builder and completed more than 100 projects for the national chain |
| 2001 | STC began working with Chico’s and has since completed over 200 stores for the women’s apparel retailer |
| 2002 | STC opened their West Coast office in Sonoma, CA.
STC received Chico’s Contractor of the Year Award and Chico’s Best Overall Project Management Award |
| 2003 | STC was awarded Chico’s Frontline of the Year and Superintendent of the Year |
